cecd awarded Incubator grant

CECD was awarded a University of Chicago Incubator Grant to do market research of single family homes and two flats in Woodlawn, Greater Grand Crossing, Chatham, and Avalon Park, with the goal of creating affordable owner-occupied homes in these communities.
